Our team categorizes updates in several ways: minor updates are referred to as fixes, QuickFixes, HotFixes, or issue reports, while more substantial updates are called Features or Enhancements. Although we don’t report every fix or update to you, please rest assured that our success and development teams collaborate closely to assess which updates may improve your workflow and save you time.

You can now print complete records of automated and manually entered communication records and significant changes made in your Rentec Direct software. You can access this new feature in:

New Notification Options for Scheduled Payment Reminders
Each property manager and landlord has their preferences regarding receiving email notifications. Rentec Direct software now offers the option to receive only the notifications you choose.
The New Scheduled Payment Reminder Toggle allows you to turn off notifications for upcoming payment reminders, extending your options to turn off notifications for all three types of reminders for online payments:
- Send emails on payment failures
- Send upcoming payment reminders to tenants
- Send upcoming payment reminders to the manager

Improved Bank Reconciliation Experience
Save valuable time reconciling on any device with new improvements to Rentec Direct software. What you can expect:
- Expand reconciliation ledgers to view more transactions at once
- A summary at the top of the screen using a larger font
- Independent scrolling ledgers for debits/withdrawals and credits/deposits
- A date selector to limit the number of transactions being viewed
- Quickly identify checked transactions with newly added highlighted data
