Your Rentec Direct Development Team has overhauled the Bank Reconciliation pages with powerful improvements that not only simplify the process but also save you valuable time and make your Rentec Direct experience even more efficient. With a new layout that looks fantastic and works seamlessly on any screen size, these improvements simplify the process and save you valuable time.
What You Can Expect With the New Enhancements
The Bank Reconcile page has several new tools to help simplify and expedite your reconciliation experience, including a quick link for Help to the Knowledgebase.
Starting at the top of the page, here’s what you can expect:
- Maximize Ledgers: With a click of a button, you can now expand the reconciliation ledgers to view more transactions at once.
- Easy to Read Status: Your reconciliation summary has been moved to the top of the screen, with a larger font, to be easier to see.
- Independent Ledger Scrolling: Easily navigate through debits/withdrawals and credits/deposits with independent scrolling for each ledger.
- Streamlined Footer: More space at the bottom of the page for viewing ledgers
- Quickly Identify Cleared and Uncleared Transactions: Instantly see which transactions are cleared or uncleared, and toggle the view with a single click.
- Enhanced Visual Cues: Distinct colors have been added to transactions being hovered over and that have been checked for better clarity
- Date Selector: A bit ago, we also added a new date selector, which lets you select a date range to display for reconciliation and limit the number of transactions in view. Typically, you’ll leave this as “Statement End Date” to match your statement dates; however, if needed, you can customize the dates to any range.
