Technology company StackWrap has been selected by two more brokerages to streamline their use of industry software products, Inman has learned.
A Feb. 6 statement said that The Agency Texas and The Align Team of eXp are StackWrap’s newest customers. Additionally, the company has aligned with enterprise email marketing company Happy Grasshopper.
StackWrap’s product organizes “tech stacks,” a term used to describe the different software products a business uses to function. Real estate brokerages are particularly prone to using an array of disconnected but related products, such as CRMs, transaction management solutions, marketing systems and the like.
The Agency Texas works in Austin, San Antonio, and Houston. It was founded by Thomas Brown and Justin Sheppard. The Align Team helps buyers and sellers in seven states from New York to Florida, as well as in Illinois. It was founded by Brett Sikora in 2015.
StackWrap offers a way for users to log in to a single system to access each product in the same environment. It helps companies keep their systems organized, encourages use, speeds the pace of work and reduces login fatigue, among other common user frustrations. StackWrap can also help brokerages identify tech stack redundancies and better analyze which products are most effective.
In addition to common real estate-specific systems like SkySlope, Docusign and Follow Up Boss, StackWrap integrates larger business enterprise platforms like Slack and Google G-Suite. Teams can wall off their specific products for a more exclusive experience, helping them brand and further differentiate within a large brokerage, for example.
“Through its partnership with Happy Grasshopper, StackWrap has developed exclusive integrations that allow users to view and analyze performance metrics for their Happy Grasshopper accounts directly within the StackWrap platform,” according to the company.
When reviewed by Inman in 2022, Happy Grasshopper was recognized for its dedication to well-written content in volume, its benefits in recruiting and emphasis on relationship building and not merely sales.

StackWrap was recognized in an August Inman column about stand-out products to help agents navigate what proved to be a challenging 2024. The company was founded by Max Fitzgerald, who owns Craft & Bauer, a 60-agent California brokerage also operating in Arizona. It joined The Real Brokerage in January, helping it reach its 25,000-agent milestone.
