Each Rentec Pro and Rentec PM account allows you to add unlimited subusers. Since each subuser added to your account may perform different tasks within your organization that do not require or warrant access or exposure to your full account, permissions are essential to protect your account, company, and team. - Maintenance and marketing managers who only need access to specific fields

System Default Permission
By default, subusers given the role-based permission of Full or Financial automatically have permission to Order Letters through the Mailing Wizard on your behalf. You can change permissions to prohibit ordering letters using the steps below.
This new permission enhances the list of Financial Access permissions to keep your data and finances safe in your Rentec Direct account.
Quickly select which subusers are allowed or prohibited from ordering letters on your behalf through the Rentec Direct Mail Wizard.
In your Rentec Direct account:
- Click on Settings
- Under Account, select Managers & Users
- Click on the link under the Permissions column by the name of the user whose permissions you would like to modify
System Note: The link will indicate the user’s current permission level, which is “Custom, Limited, Financial, or Full”
- Within the Financial Access area, select Yes to Allow ordering letters through the Mailing Wizard or No to prohibit
- Click on Save Changes
