Surge Ventures Expands Avery with Fusion1
Surge Ventures, a FinTech studio and incubator focused on AI, data and compliance, announced this week that its first startup, RegVerse, has expanded its Avery platform by launching the Fusion1 product suite.
This new add-on to Avery (an artificial intelligence-powered regulatory copilot for RIAs and independent broker/dealers) provides wealth management firms with a comprehensive suite of AI-enabled compliance and surveillance tools, including audits, advertisement reviews, attestations, a code of ethics and more.
According to the announcement, the expanded technology helps streamline data and file management by creating a single hub for all compliance-related materials. It also provides real-time progress tracking capabilities for monitoring compliance progress and enables firms to set up alerts and tailored notifications to make reporting more efficient.
In particular, three of the more important functions Fusion1 provides are AI-enabled automated audits, simplified attestation processing with real-time insights into compliance status, and a code of ethics system for reporting personal trading, gifts and entertainment, political contributions, outside business activities, and more.
